Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to donations made to Noolpiravi Foundation, operating the Manuscripts & Inscriptions Digitization Foundation (“MIDF”), through https://midf.org.in.

1. One-time donations

One-time donations are processed instantly through our payment gateway. Because the transaction completes immediately, a one-time donation cannot be cancelled once it has been successfully processed. If a payment was made in error, please refer to our Refund Policy.

2. Cancelling before payment

You may cancel a donation at any time before confirming payment simply by closing the donation window or not completing the payment. No amount is charged unless and until the payment is successfully completed.

3. Recurring donations and e-mandates

If you have set up a recurring donation or e-mandate, you may cancel future instalments at any time by emailing finance@midf.org.in with your donor details and mandate / reference number. Cancellation requests are honoured for any instalment not yet processed; please allow a reasonable lead time before the next scheduled debit. Amounts already collected before cancellation are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a donation where we reasonably believe it is fraudulent, unlawful, or made in breach of our Terms & Conditions. In such cases, any amount received will be returned to the original payment method.
